What if distillery is a craft distillery with the distinction of being the first African American owned craft distillery in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The distillery was Founded in 2021 by master distiller Delos L. Butler III.

What if distillery started from a passion of homebrewing. Initially the first few creations were truly disgusting. Despite hundreds of failed attempts countless messes on the kitchen floor, Delos stayed true to the craft and learned from every mistake. Slowly but surely, he has refined his technique and process to develop a product that he is proud to share with the world.
