Gilla Brewing Company is proudly Ascension Parish’s first brewery, we specialize in fruited sours, New England IPA’s, pastry stouts and traditional ales and lagers. As a micro-brewery, our small batch sizes allow us to constantly try new and exciting things with the beers we brew, and also means there is something new and different on tap when you visit our taproom.
